The Capacitor Pin Welder works with the electrically insulated Cup Head Weld Pins to install blanket and (semi-) rigid board to duct in the fastest way possible. The pins are designed to weld directly to the metal underneath and the head will act as the clip. This portable welder is only 320 x 250 x 150 mm and weighs 4.6 kg (main power unit) but can weld 15 to 30 studs per minute. The magnetic chuck in the gun will keep the cup head weld pins attached to the gun, making the welding step a one hand action.
