Hira FlexiCell® expansion joint sleeves are used to put around PVC pipe before it is submerged or poured into concrete. It deals with the expansion and contraction of the concrete and PVC without damaging or breaking either. The material comes in rolls of 2m for the smaller or 10m for the larger sizes and are available in 58mm, 71mm, 144mm and 170mm.
