InsulShop has recently purchased Coolfoam, a business in Adelaide which allows us to offer our customers local manufacturing capability.
This purchase has been emerging for a while with the aim of strengthening the impact we have for our customers – which is always our focus.

InsulShop and Coolfoam (InsulShop SA) will complement each other so that, as a business, we can support you better. Coolfoam presents the opportunity for diversifying our product offering, local manufacturing for time sensitive and bespoke requirements as well as a wider national reach for supplying remote jobs.

Specifically, we have now obtained:
• Polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Block Moulding capability
• 2 x CNC Wintech Fast Wire Machines
• A Lynx Hot Wire Machine

With these added capabilities, we can now offer TWO NEW products; polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation.

Cutting PUR & PIR products from block means that we can cut to any size or shape. You provide the scope and we will supply the material to suit any pipe, vessel, pipe support system or sheet application.

Coolfoam has also helped us to expand our rockwool insulation offering with the addition of board insulation. Again, this material can be cut to any thickness or size which is particularly useful for bespoke projects where importing lead times do not meet the project timeframe.
